"The little Yorkie that Toni is referring to was brought in in such deplorable condition that the owner had to sign a release form in case the grooming produced any nicks or cuts ( the lil girl was so matted and unkempt that it was all but impossible not to nick). The little girl did get nicked on her back leg and the owner was informed so that she could tend to the cut either at home or take her to the veterinarian... she chose to take the dog home and put her outside. After a period of about two weeks she took the dog to the vet as the leg was infected at this point. If the owner would had taken her to the vet earlier this would not have happened... we refunded most of her money for the grooming and yet the customer was still not satisfied . We feel that we have acted responsibly in this matter and wish the owner and the pet well..."
